KITCHEN
We offer a full food menu with plates both small and large. The menu changes each week (and sometimes each day) depending on what's in season and what we feel like cooking. On Sundays, we do something a little different with a big pot or plate of something lovely to share.
SOURCING
We source our ingredients from a small list of suppliers with a focus on seasonal British produce and regeneratively reared meat. Our vegetables & dairy come from Shrub Provisions and our meat from Swaledale Butchers. Our bread is from Coombeshead Farm and our specialty coffee comes from Climpsons & Sons.
